At Boca Photo Booth, we are committed to providing a high-quality photo booth experience for all our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our refund and returns policy in the event that something goes wrong. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Booking and Payment
When you book our photo booth rental services, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due before the event date. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other methods as outlined on our website.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer the following refund policy for cancellations:
- Cancellations 30 days or more before the event: You are eligible for a full refund of the deposit amount.
- Cancellations between 15-29 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund of the deposit amount.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event: The deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation by Boca Photo Booth due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, force majeure), we will offer a full refund or reschedule the booking at no additional charge.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 14 days before the original event date. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. If the new event date falls outside of our availability, the cancellation policy will apply.
Returns and Damages
As our services primarily involve the rental of photo booths, there are no physical products to return. However, if you experience any issues with the equipment or service provided during the event, please inform our team immediately so that we can address the situation promptly.
Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment during the event. If our equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, the client will be charged the replacement cost, as determined by Boca Photo Booth.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the booking. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account after the cancellation is confirmed.
Event Day Issues
If any issues arise during the event (e.g., technical difficulties), we will make every effort to resolve the problem quickly. No refunds will be issued for minor delays or technical problems that do not significantly impact the event.
